There are some thing that is often overcome in experiencing life, so that ugly effect from this habit will come bothers our health. This thing can happened just because habit of not regular life. Habit of is inter alia is overcoming breakfast, unable to drink white water, unable to move up to ngemil snack high calorie.

Healthy breakfast is light food of which is enough gizi like a glassful milk or juice fruit or breakfast ready saji which rich of gizi and low of fat.

3. Nutritious lunch
Why happened? Because usually excess of carbohydrate often happened when lunch, or unable to consume food containing protein as energy source.
